"Paul the manager was very rude. Front lobby entrance reeks of cigarette smoke although it is a non smoking hotel. Low quality rooms for high price, hot tub had lots of foam at the top floating from lack of sanitization. Lastly the location is precisely across from a run down Motel, Avoid if you can."
"At check in the front desk guy Jay was very friendly. I got to my room it was very clean and comfortable. Then Jay went out of his way to call my room and make sure I was satisfied. I stay in hotels most nights traveling with work and this is one of the only times I’ve ever had any call to make sure I was satisfied. I will stay here again when I’m in the area"
"Choice Hotels are my favorite. They are always available, check-in processes are quick, with accommodating staff. This place is no different. Plenty of parking spaces available and the rooms were clean. Everything in my room worked as expected. Did not try breakfast but they provide complimentary breakfast for guests. Will stay again if I am in the area. The area does not have a lot of foot traffic and appeared to be safe."
"For the second time this year, we have stayed at the Clarion for an entire week visiting relatives in Racine. We have been absolutely impressed by the facility for the value. The room has been very clean for both stays. Every morning the breakfast was good including waffles, eggs, bagels, etc...The housekeeping crew ensured that the facility was cleaned every morning. We have inspected other places in the Racine area at comparable prices and promptly retured back to the Clarion."
"We took a 3 day mini vacation in Racine and chose Clarion Pointe because they had a hot tub and good location on the outskirts of town. A hot tub is one of the main things we look for in a motel, the hot tub here was perfect, clean, plenty hot and powerful whirlpool jets. Rooms were good size and clean, and they offered room service every day even though we were only staying for a few days. We've been to many other motels who didn't want to give room service once a week! We'll definitely stay again."
