"Don’t go to photo department!!!!! They misplaced my camera and my photos. The only memories of my trip were lost. I was told to come back like five times and the problem never solved. Awful customer service. I’ll never come back."

"Worst customer service. My child was out of the ER and rx tylenol and other meds. Now, I stop at the pharmacy right after to asked them if they had grape flavor as my child won’t take anything but grape. I was assure they had it. 3.5 hours later my prescription is not ready and only to be told they only had cherry when I was there in person and was told they had grape. I was told they were not able to flavor it. If I was told this from the beginning I would had already bought OTC meds and not have my child crying this whole entire time in pain. Also, there is a reason why people have state insurance. Sure, Tylenol is inexpensive but to some people especially after the holidays sometimes that money is not available."

"There always seems to be some sort of issue getting put medications filled. This time will be the last. I'm done. I recieved a text that a refill was needed on 12/14 for my child's seizure medication. I replied to have it refilled and was given the 15th as the pick up date. Never recieved a text that it was filled (big shocker). I called the pharmacy 12/19 as we were almost completely out of medication by this point. The meds were out of stock and some sort of "computer glitch" was to blame for it not being ordered when I attempted to have it filled. The tech was going to try and fix it and get it ordered for the 20th and call me back. No one ever called me back (another big shocker). I called back today l, 12/20, to find out if they had been successful and when I could pick it up. It still hadn't been ordered and they don't know why. I asked if we could get the generic version instead since that's what my son used to take anyway and was told the insurance wouldn't cover it. I asked if I could pay out of pocket and was told because he is on medicaid that was not an option. Closest walgreens that may have it is in Waukesha and i could call around to different pharmacies and have it transferred. I might have been able to deal with all this today had I gotten a call back the previous night, but I did not so now I'm spending any down time during my work day trying to track down this medication because of a "Walgreens system issue." It may be more believable if something like this didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME. They're out of stock, or the doctor wrote the script wrong, etc. There's always some weak excuse. I had one tech tell me that controlled substances couldn't be sent electronically despite the fact that this is how they had been sent for us for years. Our doctors office had to call them and show they that the script had indeed been sent. Speaking if calling them, you also end up getting sent to the call center which 9 out of 10 times can't help you and has to transfer you to the pharmacy anyway. In my opinion, If your scripts are time sensitive, go literally anywhere else."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS. If it were up to me Walgreens in general would be shut down you people SUCK AT YOUR JOB!!!!! You have one job when you check with your pharmacist about something, it's just to simply ask if something is in stock and then repeat the CORRECT answer to the customer but the employees must be incompetent. If I ever see Walgreens on someone's application I'm moving right past that application."
