"We had the worst grooming experience we’ve ever had at this Petsmart location grooming salon tonight. Stay far away from this place. While I understand it’s hard to find decent help these days, Sarah was the worst groomer we have ever experienced with one of our pets. Not only did she charge for TWICE as much as I had booked, she didn’t even complete all of the services I had booked. My dog’s nails weren’t even touched, much less filed down. Had I picked up our pup instead of my husband I would definitely have refused to pay the costly fee. We will definitely never enter this location again."

"Need a code to use their bathroom. Not practical to have to hunt someone down when it’s a bathroom emergency. Thank you random person at the banfield desk. Get it together petsmart. There’s enough of a bathroom war going on without you adding this back to it."
