"DON’T bring your pets to this location! The new staff is useless and unprofessional, starting from the new guy Andrew and the “manager” Caroline. I hope this place run out of business soon! They DONT care about your pets at all! At least other Vets care about the Money and your Pets! I don’t mind paying hundreds of dollars for good treatment and care to my pets. Poor management gives bad reputation to the company. This place is the best example."

"This place has been worse and worse each time we've brought our dog. They kept her 8 hours today locked in a kennel, with nothing to drink all day, to take blood work and give her 2 shots. They called before 4pm telling us the dog was ready and to come and get her, and when I get there at 4:30 they say she's not ready yet. She was finally able to leave at 5:30. No explanation as to what is going on except they are short staffed. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. People waiting in line while we were there said they have had the same issues before, and that they were done using this location. *update: after getting her home my daughter mentioned that she spelled. E noticed that her underbelly was sticky and stained yellow. So apparently she had been laying in, what I'm at least hoping was, her own pee for some time."

"Dr. Philips is absolutely amazing and we make sure to schedule the fur babies when she is working. She is so sweet to the animals and you can tell that she really cares about them."

"Totally love this place, especially the insurance they offer for our loving pets !! They never seem to fail me. I adopted a small dog from the humane Society here in Fort Worth. Little did I know he was sick with kennel cough , he kept Sneezing all the way home! But my Vet got him all better now !! Put him on some great antibiotics and nausea medicine and he is feeling so much better now."
