"Provenza at Windhaven has been my home for the last 5 years. Very nice apartments and community to live in Adan Franco has always been very helpful along with the rest of the staff. Whenever something has been needed to be fixed maintenance gets to it right away."

Maintenance men are very nice. The leasing agent Desiree is so involved with the community. I have never seen someone care about their residents than she does. Over all such an amazing place !"

"Provenza is a great place to live I’ve lived here for eight months and I love it, the staff is great the maintenance crew is great when I need maintenance for any repairs issues they are fast and efficient professional and courteous. The owner and office staff is amazing very pleasant. The apartments are extremely clean and very nice you get a lot for your money I have great neighbors, it’s very convenient for shopping. "I was a Resident at Provenza for 1.5 years. Move in and out went smoothly. I never had any issues. Management was proactive and the community is nice. I didn’t hear neighbors, so I assume well insulated. Gates didn’t always work, but they recently fixed them. I had a garage so I never had a parking problem. Once a friend visited overnight (I forgot to register their car as a guest) and it was towed. That cost me about $350 dollars, but that was my fault. Just know the apartments are nice, but parking spaces are for the people who live here. If you have a guest stay, make sure to register their vehicle in the online portal. Nice place, well insulated, proactive management and some fun activities organized by staff. You don’t have to participate, but nice options if you want to interact with other residents. Overall 5-stars based on my experience."
