"I’ve shopped at this particular Brighton store several times when I’m visiting The Woodlands area. The store is always so organized and the staff there has always been very helpful. I’m greeted as soon as I enter and treated in a very kind manner, whether I purchase several items or just one small one."
"I only gave 2 stars and they were for one of the associates who has been helpful and kind each time I've gone there. I took one of my bracelets there to be sent out for repairs and waited over a month to get it back. Well, when I picked it up, NO REPAIR WAS EVER MADE! I always get a strange vibe from a couple of the women who work there. If you're an African American woman, you know the vibe I'm referring to. I honestly, will never shop at this location again."
