"This is the place to go for your animals! They are ALWAYS accommodating towards me and my dog. My dog isn’t the easiest to deal with and they are always on top of everything and know how to handle him and treat him. Everyone here is always so nice and gentle with him, they know the do’s and don’ts! The first time I came here they informed me of a few things my previous vet didn’t let me know of. If I could give a 5 star to every person working here, I definitely would! They aren’t just people who treat my dog, they do ACTUALLY care for him as if he was their friend. He hates coming here hahah, but they definitely make it easier. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who works here! Thank you for being so nice and welcoming with him too, it truly means a lot!"

"I brought my Chihuahua who was not able to walk at all at about 6:57 PM and the door was locked. Two vet tech by the name of Bree and Debbie asked me if the door was locked to the lobby I said yes they saw that I was in a panic regarding my dog And then they jumped into action and took my dog and brought him inside and then Dr. Larson evaluated my dog Oreo and gave the right combination of medication for him to be able to walk again. Dr. Larson kept on insisting that this is a longshot for him to be able to walk again but it worked but I would never see Dr. Larson if it wasn’t for veterinary technicians who jumped into action. I’ve been taking my dogs to Dundee animal hospital for over 30 years and this is why staff tries their best to make you feel that you’re part of family and I really appreciate the Dundee animal hospital family."
