"Loved the hotel. Accessible to all we need that trip. Quiet enough that we could watch the Super Bowl in our room without external noise. Free breakfast on weekends is served longer than at most hotels. It was well rounded. Nice to sleep in and still get breakfast. One minor ding: If you aren't in an Accessible room, be warned. Toilets are very low. Hard to get up from if you have long legs or lower body mobility issues."

"This is the original Country Inn & Suites layout. As soon as you walk in, you will see the familiarities. Our room was on the second floor and there is a stair to walk ups and downs for the convenience. The room and bathroom were comfortable, and the heating worked well. Breakfast is standard, and the waffle was really good. The gentleman who worked in the cafeteria area kept the area clean and tightly. And there's a restaurant next door. Will stay again in the future."

"This wasn't bad at all, my only complaint if I was forced to complain..would be towels, you can always use at least 2 more towels before you check out, breakfast was always great, who doesn't love making your own waffle at 6:30 in the morning half asleep with a 400° skillet that I can never seem to figure out how to operate with out burning myself. Located just a bit from the highway and right in the mix for shopping, rooms were clean, service was on the spot, pool was open, and the burn from the waffle machine has successfully healed ."

"Nothing fancy, but nothing terrible. Definitely an older hotel. No USB power ports anywhere. The fold out couch had a sheet on it already that I can only imagine was still there from the previous guest. Breakfast was ok. Not great but have definitely had worse. That's really this place in a nutshell. I've been in nicer basic hotels, but have definitely seen worse."

"I was fairly disappointed. I'm a pretty loyal Choice hotels user, and they recently acquired Radisson. I stayed at another Country Inn and Suites a couple weeks back, in the same area (Hoffman estates) and was fairly impressed, mostly with the updated furnishings and feel there, but not so at this place. It's in need of new beds and updates with outlets and furniture. Worse, the breakfast was very disappointing. Biscuits and gravy should not qualify alone as a hot breakfast in my book. No meat, no eggs, not even hard boiled. No cheese. Only brown cereals. Only grape jelly. This was Sunday morning and I was not at the trail end of things. You don't have to stay in hotels as often as I do to recognize this is pretty stingy management. They need to hear that the quality of the mattresses and the breakfasts are the two most important things they can readily change to have more repeat customers."
