"I had called the emergency line because my furnace stopped working. The first time I called, I had no issue. After a half hour, and my home dropping in temperature while having a newborn in my home, and not hearing anything, I called the line again. I had a man answer and I explain to him the same thing I did to the first person I had spoken to and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude of the representative. I do however have to say that the technician they sent out, Cody, was very nice and helpful."
