I mistakenly called them when they were closed, so I found them on Facebook and messaged them directly through there. Bear, one of the stellar employees, reached out to me almost immediately and called me... on his day off. He walked me through their grooming services, asked for specifics on my dog's usual cuts, and next available appointment times. He texted me before, during and after Lucas's (my Sheltie) appointment... so incredibly professional, accommodating AND cost efficient. "Do these people not know how to read, or what is the problem. I had clearly stated a certain time and when we called to confirm the following day they had put us at a different time? If you can't hear the person over the phone just ask to have the statement repeated, no big deal. I'd give them a one star rating, but they actually do an excellent job. Better than most in town. I do recommend it. Just make sure you reconfirm your time before hanging up with the lady that answers the phone."
