"Paid for a 3 month pass thinking I would be able to play basketball here because it’s too hot outside to play. Well it’s one week later and I’ve been kicked off the court more times than I’ve been able to play on it. They have racquet sports going on almost every day of the week and a basketball trainer that has the other court on reserve with no schedule. I now see that hoopers stay away from here for this reason. When the courts are open it’s nice."

"Stay away from their private swimming lessons. It happened to me twice that when I showed up for my scheduled private swimming lessons, I was told no lessons for me, and I had to go home. Mr. Katie Hutcheson swimming supervisor did not answer the phones at the time. Instructors at pool cannot do anything. This is unrespectful and unresponsible. I paid for private swimming lessons, but the experience is totally wasting my time, exhausting patience arguing them on the phone, wasting money. I am writing this to rise the attention to the WB MUD stuff to better serve customers and do better business. 1) The supervisor Katie Hutcheson needs a better organized recordkeeping system. She scheduled two lessons with me and told me to schedule third lesson with instructor. However, after 2 lessons she strikes through me and assumes I am done without communicating with instructor and me. This happened 2 times. When I showed up at the pool on the scheduled time and told no lesson for me, she was unreachable through phone and was unable to respond quickly with flexible manner to correct her mistakes. In addition, Katie responds emails and phone calls in a long timeframe. For example I emailed her on May 31 and she responded email on June 13. I called her over 8 times, she responded with a text message after a while. 2) Better recordkeeping and documentation need to be placed at pool. Instructor Reddi scheduled third lesson with me after 2nd lesson. However, she did not show up on the scheduled time. Instructor “Lily” scheduled third lesson with me after 2nd lesson. I confirmed with her 3 times because of Reddi’s experience. However, again, she did not show up on the scheduled Wednesday 4:30 PM. I do not know if they did not report this to Katie or Katie did not listen to them. The instructors need to improve their responsibility and communication. Keep their words to be promised. 3) Private lessons need to have sort of curriculum, agenda, or goal, not randomly pulling an instructor and swimming/teaching with kids. The randomly picked instructor just repeating the previous one did and wasting time on kids. I would like to see a steady and continuous progress with an instructor with my purchase. The instructors are teenagers, not "retired" athletics."

"I absolutely love this Rec center. It's big, clean, recently added on to and upgraded greatly. The memberships are very affordable! My fiance and I go regularly and even added the summer quarter pool benefits to our membership. Two pools to choose from, both outdoors. Rooms for events, meetings, nice basketball court, etc. Good gym. All worth it!!!"
