"About two years ago, I was in this store to shop. A woman who was nice enough was talking with me, answering questions, etc. I have a beautiful solitaire sapphire ring my husband gave me for our 25th wedding anniversary. The man who was the “jeweler/expert” came over to see it. He looked at it, asked me how much we paid for the sapphire, I told him and he said in a too loud and very rude/self righteous voice “you paid $10,000 for THAT”? Wow, how’s that for customer relations, not to mention ignorance?"
