"Very disappointed with my last visit this past weekend. Had a watch that needed a new battery. When I arrived, I gave the watch to the employee and she said she’d probably have to get one of the other ladies to install the battery, as she wasn’t adept. About ten minutes later she reappeared with my watch and told me that SHE couldn’t get the back off. It was then that I told her that the last time I had a battery installed, it was them who did the work, and that nothing on the watch, aside from the dial, had been touched since. She shrugged that off and told me I could try another local store (none of which were open). Not once did she offer to let someone else try to do the install, and it seemed as though she just wanted me out of the store. I’d hate to think that that was the case, as every customer should be considered important."
