"These guys are great! I'll admit I was very skeptical at first buying a used hot tub, but Keith and the boys have washed away those feelings rather rapidly! Ended up with a nice "refurbished" master spa and anytime I have an issue or a question someone responds immediately and they even came out same day to make repairs. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market looking for a hot tub, as buying new costs a lot more and the service is not guaranteed. Thank you guys! "A few years ago I went and purchased the biggest and baddest pull they had. This giant 18x33 puddle of joy helped create a ton of great memories. When the pool got damaged due to hail Keith was super helpful and willing to offer solutions that would be best for our situation. "Bought a great hot tub from them in 2017. Good product, good service. However, tried to use their Disposal service as advertised on their site. They wouldn't do it - Just said they were too busy and wouldn't do it. NICE! Thanks a lot! Don't believe the website that says - "BACKYARD OASIS IS CURRENTLY REMOVING HOT TUBS FOR FREE! If you have a hot tub that it is no more than 10 years old, and you do not want it any more, but you want professionals to take it away." If you won't do it, don't say you will. These are the facts."

"Bought a used spa back in October 2022. Keith was super helpful in the sales process and explained everything. We did have an issue with a leak under the unit (after about 2 months owning) and it was a bit of a hassle to get ahold of them to schedule a service call (another office does the warranty calls), but once Keith was made aware he made it right VERY quickly and extended our warranty an additional 30 days to ensure we had no further issues. "We purchased a new hot tub from these guys in November of 2020, they were excellent throughout the entire process. They have been courteous, honest, ethical, and timely. Buying a spa was a major purchase for us and many retailers didn’t leave us feeling good about buying one, but Backyard Oasis has been fantastic! Our new spa developed a crack in the finish a few days ago, all I had to do was email them and we are getting the entire spa replaced with a brand new one! They handled everything, no run around, no dropped correspondence, nothing but the very best customer service. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub!"
