"This HOA is trash. Community pays its fees for nothing. When I moved here in 2016 it’s was a cute neighborhood, now it’s gone down hill. Peoples yards overgrown, oil spills in driveways trash in yards. Also I received a violation in the mail with someone else’s yard! Staff must be drunk when they send notices. My yard is well kept!"

"Nice pool. You can bring in coolers, and sit under the open air covering at tables. A few small BBQ pits near by. However, no lounge chairs or umbrellas are available pool side. You can bring in chairs to set up around the edge. On weekends there is a security guard. Key entry at all times. There is never a life guard, but life saving gear is available. Smaller pool for younger kids. Deep end, but no diving. Sits right next to the basketball court. Parking lot available."
