"We had a great experience building our pool with Cascade. Patrick Bagwell did a wonderful job designing the pool to our specifications and graciously accommodated all the design changes I requested. For each iteration of the design he updated the 3D model, which was so helpful for envisioning the project. When we did finalize our design Cascade worked quickly to get our permits submitted to the city and after our permit was approved construction began quickly. Austin Olsen was our construction manager and was equally great to work with. Austin was always responsive to all of our questions and concerns during the construction phase and kept the project moving. The pool was done exactly on the time line we were told with no significant delays. Afterwards we had a few minor punch list items to get everything just right and Austin took care of them all. I would 100% recommend Cascade to anyone building a custom pool."

"We were one of the million families that decided to build a pool during the pandemic. Here was our experience with cascade custom pools. Our house has a steep grade in the backyard and we wanted a company that specialized in quality pools on hillsides. We didn’t want fast and cheap, so if you’re looking for an inexpensive pool builder, Cascade isn’t for you. We also didn’t want to use a mega pool builder like Cody as we wanted someone customized for our unique yard. We worked with our pool designer Patrick, from Cascade, who spent hours in our backyard taking in all the different viewpoints, wind and sun directions. Other companies wanted to just drop a template of a pool into our backyard, but Patrick took his time and designed something custom for our family’s backyard. We also were happy to pay a design fee for his time to build a custom pool. This was going to live in our backyard of our forever home and we wanted it to be perfect. We were so blown away by Patrick’s design. In fact we only changed two things on his orginal design (the location of the pool equipment and adding an extra step into our spa.) Crews during the build were clean, respectful and worked so hard. While our pool build didn’t go 100% perfectly, it was all worth it. We had the challenge of supply delays, lumbar prices skyrocketing and of course Covid delays with crew members. We also had a tile issue and Cascade took the initiative to correct the installation without any extra charges. We also cannot sing our project manager Austin’s praises enough. He was always responsive, updating us each step of the way and went above and beyond with our pool build. If there was a question on anything he was there to help. Austin was fun to work with and made a stressful process with so many decisions easy and fun. It also goes to show that if you’re a good client, then the company you work with responds better to that. We recognized that delays and issues happened but we remained flexible and Austin and his team helped us whenever they could. We’ve been so pleased with our new backyard pool. It’s beautiful and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you to the team at Cascade, Austin and Patrick, for your beautiful work! My husband and I, our two kiddos and our puppy dog all love it!"
