"The lifeguards are ridiculous with height requirements for the waterslide. My grandson went on the waterside for 2 different visits, and on our third day, the lifeguard would not let him on. He was devistated ( heis 1cm under 48 inches). We would not recommend this pool unless your child are 49 inches tall."
"Overall the place is a really nice swim area to bring your kids! A couple things I would have to say is the pool is really filthy, lifeguards are very clueless, (BIG THING) on the LilyPads the rope you have to use to keep urself balanced is very painful; the rope gave me and my friends very bad blisters! I would suggest putting on some type of foam around the rope to help that stop happening."
"Very sweet staff and life guards. Heated lap pool open certain times over the week. Another huge pool with splash pads and slides. Lakeway Residents have a certain entry/membership fee and non residents is a little more expensive. Clean and well taken care of!"
"It was amazing! It wasn’t so crowded especially for a weekend. More for kids than adults. Also the price is reasonable and you can bring your own food. It was worth driving 40 minutes to get there."
"Lakeway Swim Center’s summer movie nights was such a great bonding experience for my boys and me. The boys loved watching How to Train Your Dragon while swimming and making new friends. Everybody was so friendly. The best part, at least according to my boys, was the “best popcorn ever!” (also complimentary) which came with butter AND M&Ms!"
