"Update 03/02/2021: It's been 3 years since Frank designed and built our pool, and he continues to blow us away with his service! After our major winter storm event in Georgetown we sustained some freeze damage to our pool equipment. I found the damage and leaking water on a Friday evening, called Frank and within a few minutes he talked me through how to stop the water flow until he could come out and assess the damage. We were very fortunate and ended up having minimal damage compared to some others, but Frank again showed up when he said he would, kept us informed through the process and had our pool back up and running smoothly in no time, and at minimal costs. We would never have had service like this with any other pool builder. Thank you again Frank!
