"We love having use of this facility on Election Day! We have used it for Primaries as well as other major elections! It is convenient for all who live in the Santa Rita community as well as others who live in the surrounding countryside around Liberty Hill. We helped 936 people vote on November 7th and never had a waiting line longer than 10 minutes! Most of the day, there was no waiting! We have great teem work among the clerks and judges and love all those who vote here! Thank you for your cooperation and great environment!"

"The Santa Rita Ranch House is a fictitious facility that serves no genuine purpose for homeowners or tenants, as they are completely barred from accessing it. What's even more troubling is that individuals who dare to voice complaints about this unjust situation not only face fines but also become victims of relentless harassment by the HOA as a form of retaliation. This disturbing pattern makes it clear that the existence of the Santa Rita Ranch House is solely intended to create a false perception of Santa Rita Ranch being an exceptionally desirable place to live. Regrettably, this deceitful approach comes at the profound expense and suffering of all homeowners. The Santa Rita Ranch House, which once housed the HOA office now stands as a mere symbol of inconvenience. The HOA office, without any consideration for the neighboring houses, inexplicably relocated to a regular residential property. Consequently, these unfortunate neighboring homeowners now find themselves victimized by the constant presence of dozens of cars parked right next to their homes. This disregard for their well-being is evident, highlighting the lack of concern on the part of the HOA. The existence of the Santa Rita Ranch House, designed to create an illusion of desirability, is now compounded by the added burden of an intrusive and unsightly car presence for the affected homeowners."
