"We bought a pair of hoops and were told they could remove a part that we did not like. When we picked them up the hoops were slightly bent, the back of them were scratched, and the part they cut off looked like a butcher cut it. Not a clean cut at all. Asked that they buff out the scratches and fix the part that was cut incorrectly. We’re told they cannot buff it otherwise the jewels would fall off. In reference to the things that were poking out from where they cut it. We were told it would cost 65 additional dollars to fit it but that it would not be perfect. Basically no help. Went somewhere else and got it fixed with no issues and way less. First and last time I do business with them."
"My best go to for over ten years. I do miss Mike and Fatima though. They seemed to care more about quality rather than quantity. It hasn’t been the same. Prices are higher now. Still good jewelry!"
