"Worst customer service. I brought a ring that faded. In the past I would either get a replacement or credit to buy another piece. The woman said that policy has changed and that they can only give me 15% towards another purchase. I have bought kendra scott for years because their excellent service and how they back their merchandise. I will not buy any more KS. THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS. In fact, the new jewelry looks cheap unless you buy gold."
"I was a first time customer here on a Thursday night right before I had to go to work. I was lucky enough to come in when Ashlee and Marissa were working! Ashlee was so helpful and just so friendly! Marissa was patient with me as she was adjusting my watch band for me. Both of these women were so nice and made me feel so welcome! I accidentally left my bag and box there. Ashlee walked to my store (in the same plaza) to deliver it to me!! I feel customer service like this is so rare these days. Thank you for making my first experience pleasant!! I will be returning!"
