"I stopped in to initially to talk about Rolex availability and worked with Molly. She took my info for my grail watch GMT, and proceeded to show me some other time pieces that piqued my interest. The service received was fantastic, she showed me their lineup and special features about everyone. She took her time with me and made it a very relaxed experience. "I've always heard horror stories of sales associates at upscale locations being rude and condescending to first-time customers. That was not the case. I walked in wanting to order an extra link for my submariner—not anything expensive, just a simple $60 part. I was greeted by Larry, who was very friendly and polite. He asked me a few questions and didn’t hesitate to get my information and the serial number of my timepiece to make sure the correct part was ordered. I also mentioned I was interested in a Datejust. Larry immediately showed me the showpieces and explained the process of getting on the list for when they become available.
