"The entire staff at Read’s is amazing! I live in NM and couldn’t travel to see and design the ring I wanted due to COVID-19. They sent me pictures back and forth and talked to me on the phone to help me design the perfect ring. I had no idea what I was doing or how to pick out a diamond. "Wonderful Service and Beautiful Product!! When the central opal in my engagement ring (purchased from a boutique in NYC) turned irreversibly a disgusting yellow just 3 months after purchase, I turned to Reads Jewelers to see what could be done. Tasha immediately got on board to help me find an icy opaque diamond as a replacement stone. Over the course of 3 weeks, she found multiple raw/opaque diamonds from multiple vendors. She was quick to text/email me pictures of new shipments, and incredibly polite as I analyzed them. Thank you all for being so patient with my pickiness, and so fair with pricing negotiations! The result is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece that I am obsessed with!"
