"I use to go there when it was Monroe Veterinary. I stopped in to get info on rates and products. One young lady gave me pricing on what I wanted. I wanted to purchase a combo flea and wormer. Another gal jumped right in and said we won't sell it to you till we run exams on cats first and was rather kurt about it. Great first impressions on possibility of 2 new clients. I'm going to stay with my current Vet even though it's a bit of a drive it's well worth"

"I want to start off by saying that I don't ever want to be the person to leave a negative review, however, the experience I had at this place calls for it. First off, My dog had a medical emergency and on the website it specifically list that they offer emergency vet services. Upon going up there with my dog they then up and tell me that I would need to schedule an appointment and I'd possibly have to wait days to have my pet emergency looked at.. That's like going to the emergency room and them telling you that you'd have to come back another time. That made no sense to me. Second the receptionist ladies had ZERO empathy whatsoever. They were rude, short, and honestly, just didnt seem like they should be working in that kind of environment... It's worth finding a vet that makes you and your pet feel comfortable, and the Monroe location just ain't it. Just frustrating that they are the only vet in Monroe. Also, if you're looking for for an emergency vet I'd also look into other vet offices. Just FYI. I have heard good things about the Broadhead location, but I personally go to Sugar River in Broadhead and they're honestly the best. They have that small hometown feel and hospitality. I just felt like I needed to leave my review due to the awful service. My pet was super sick and they had no empathy whatsoever. It's very, very frustrating in times like that."
