"Horrible customer service. Manager evading to issue a return or give store credit. Was returning a gold ring , new not used but manager was refusing to even issue store credit since she said ring looked used and has some issues, she didn’t even showed me where was the issue with item, since i couldn’t see any unless the check it with microscope, but even then she didn’t show me with the instrument they use to check rings for defects. Unless i took it damaged, but i didn’t inspect either with a magnifying glass, but i guess next time i will meticulously check it for any flaws even before paying. I even returned a gift i had purchased during this visit, since it was a gift and didn’t want the recepient to have a hard time exchanging item just like i encountered. Even then they were already saying I couldn’t return item just bought cause a charm was on clearance and sales were final, employee didn’t even mention that part when i picked out charm that it was on clearance and sales were final, she just rang me up and i paid. So anyone buying here inspect and recheck items buying for condition cause they will check it and will tell you and refuse to return items."
