"There is various selections at Charlotte Russe. Great prices. Too bad it’s closing. However I had an awful experience at this location. An employee offered to hold accessories while I tried on pants, when I came out she was gone. Another associate helped find them. Well I must have been frantic cause when I was paying an employee said “Calm down” with an attitude. I wasn’t even saying anything. I told her I was calm, this is me calm. She said she wouldn’t want to see me not calm. Honestly I was surprised that an employee was rude to a customer. I work in customer service and know better. I really didn’t have any words. Whether I was frustrated or not cause they couldn’t find my items is irrelevant it’s not her place to tell me how to feel or speak to me so rude. It was embarrassing. I’m glad I was calm cause I wouldn’t be here writing this review."
