"I would be careful taking your kids to get their ears peirced there. I took my daughter and noticed the next day that her earring stones completely went thru her ears from how tight the girl pushed the little gun. I had to loosen the back part of the earring and push them back to the front. I'm hoping they don't get buried and the hole closes. I regret not going with a professional."
"Horrible place to go shop they did not have running ac in the store. The employee had to put a fan next to her because it was so hot. OSHA please look into this establishment."

"Very Poor service. Had to wait over 40 minutes to get a pircing for my daughter. Had to wait until there was no one on the store with just one employee to get the service."
"I've had my daughter's ears pierced there 3 times (due to then trying to get it right) and all 3 times one of the earrings has fallen out. To make if worse, the majority of the staff had been insensitive and rude about it. The manager tried to make it better but they are using a faulty piercing gun and don't seem to want yo admit or accept that."
