"Nice park for kids 1yr - 12 years old because there are two different play places. There are swing for both groups. Lots of area to run, slide, jump, and even a place to play a little tune."

"It is a very nice pool, but if you go during the winter it will be very cold due to it not being covered by the tarp when you are swimming. If you go during the summer or spring it will have a nice temperature to it and it will help you feel nice while you swim."

"Update to review 03/19/19 ... Obviously I can't even be on this property though I've been here several times for lunch. I parked at a different side of the parking lot and noticed the sign that states that I must be a resident of Cinco Ranch or an invited guest to be allowed here. Rather rough that I will be prosecuted for trespassing to be here. Sooo, my rating is dropping from 4 stars to 1 star due to this detail. There's nothing to like about it at all now! I'll stick to the more welcoming parks in the true KATY ...Old Katy! Previous review from 3 weeks ago... I only stopped for the park I happened to see. It's smaller than most parks in the area yet it was peaceful due to that fact."
