"I had an unfortunate experience with this dog groomer and feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The grooming session for both my schnauzer and golden doodle left much to be desired, resulting in a rather unpleasant outcome. Let's start with my schnauzer. The groomer not only failed to complete a proper haircut but also neglected to shave her stub of a tail. This oversight left my poor schnauzer with an unbalanced appearance, which was far from the neat and tidy look I had expected. Additionally, there were noticeable patches of hair left all over her body, making it evident that the grooming process lacked attention to detail. To make matters worse, they butchered her once-immaculate beard, leaving it looking haphazard and unkempt. Unfortunately, my golden doodle's grooming experience was equally disappointing. The groomer, seemingly rushed or inattentively, overlooked an obvious issue—they left some fecal matter on his rear end. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable, as hygiene should be a fundamental aspect of any grooming service. Overall, my experience with this dog groomer fell far below my expectations. The incomplete haircuts, the neglected tail and beard, and the unprofessional oversight with hygiene left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. It is essential for dog groomers to prioritize their clients' pets' well-being and appearance, and in this instance, that was regrettably lacking. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the groomer, prompting them to improve their services and attention to detail. Potential customers should be aware of these shortcomings and consider alternative options for their beloved pets' grooming needs."
