"Finally... an honest review! This particular pool company has the worst cleaning service! I paid a premium weekly fee, but received very poor service for over 6 months! I sent numerous emails, texts, and left several phone messages of concern. All were unanswered until I sent a notice to discontinue service! Took water sample to local pool store. Was explained that pool had constant algae growth due to lack of applied chemicals. However, Weber pool said it was from leafs falling into the pool. That statement proved that either; they don't know what they are doing, or they just collect a premium fee, and provide minimal service! They prey on homeowners that have no experience or knowledge of cleaning their own pool, or working their own pool equipment. Take the time to know how you pool system works, to avoid a potential service ripoff! I would NOT recommend Weber Pools!"
