"The reason I’m giving an average rating is that the lady Liliana is extremely rude, doesn’t listen to what I was trying to say, instead she hung up on me, and then I sent my son to collect my necklace, I called him on his phone to talk to her n and she barely listened to me n she hung up again! She should be fired in my opinion n thinks as she is the owner! Both Elizabeth n Mary were nice to talk to me but there is lack of communication on their end! I had requested Elizabeth to have the owners be made of this and to have them call me to which no call from owners were made! I was told by Elizabeth that they would fix this as a courtesy, but when I went to pick up I was told by Mary that I need to pay! She said they would be out of business if they paid like this! Again seriously n Clearly lack of communication between the folks that work there! Very disappointing that the way Lilliana talked n no wonder the low ratings given are by her poor service! I’ve had good service in the past n came with high recommendation from the Kramers, but I’ll have to rethink now."

"Over priced and dishonest. They overcharged me on a ring repair, and told me a watch i needed repaired didnt need what I knew it needed. I ended up fixing it myself, and it works fine. They also told me they wouldn't work on my invicta watch, but when I went back to pick up my repair, they were working on one and had another waiting. I don't recommend this place at all."

"My (now) husband proposed to me early March with a ceramic ring due to a skin sensitivity I’ve always had on my hands. I might have to go back for a size adjustment, but otherwise I have no complaints. Highly recommend and will go there for jewelry needs in the future."

"Lisa helped my fiance and I create truly the perfect engagement ring. She was very helpful and quickly put me at ease with the ring purchasing process. Lisa worked with us over several weeks to ensure we got exactly what we wanted in the ring. Tim and Lisa were able to rush the final order, so I would have the ring ready for the proposal at a special event. Also, they have two really nice dogs at the shop on weekends. "Trish and her team is AMAZING!! My husband purchased my engagement band (Neal Lane) from another place however, didn't like their wedding bands. He went to Trish who sized and appraised my engagement ring. About a month later we discovered two bands (my wedding bands) at Timothy Grant and thought they would look great with my engagement ring. We had all three rings soldered and look at the results!! AMAZING! Trish provides amazing customer service!! I'm overall happy with my ring."
