"I gave them a ring of mine to fix, as the silver band had broken. The lady first told me it would take a couple of weeks. When i checked with them, she said a delay had occurred and that she would call me when the ring was ready. 6 weeks after I dropped it, still no call, so I went again to the store. Then, yay, she had me ring! (Despite no call) But… the moment turned sour when i realized that my ring was totally destroyed. It had a green amber large “stone” on it and the person in charge of the repair just burned it. You could see some black melted parts on the sides. The lady at the booth actually tried to convince me that it was the same ring, that nothing had changed. Asked me if I had a picture of my old ring, lol. These people are not professional. Don’t trust them and put your belongings in the care of people who know what they are doing."

"Left a nick in the leather of my watch when changing the battery and wouldn’t admit to it. It was obvious because the tool he used to open the watch lined up perfectly with where the nick was. Also the back plate was left extremely loose and nearly fell off when I took my watch off. Prices were 15$/watch for the battery change; rather expensive. It was quick."
