"If you are looking for someone who actually will respond and actually knows what to do, look elsewhere. Pool turned green while I was out of town and owner blamed the new employee that he hadn't trained properly that was in charge of my pool. Over a 3 week time span, my pool got worse and worse and owner always had an excuse for not coming to look at my pool and letting the "rookie" continue to slog around and make it worse. His last visit, the "rookie" broke a hose and said the owner told him to not fix it, but turn in a repair order. Company is a joke. Fired this Seahorse Pools and went with Shark Pools who put the correct amount and type of chemicals in my pool and the next morning I had beautiful water!!!!! Seahorse Pools is a joke. Don't waste your money or time with them. They talk a good game, but talk is cheap. Results with these guys are lame."
"We signed up for weekly maintenance. They re-plumbed our pool and removed our Salt Chlorinator without our authorization. We asked them to put it back to it's no original Salt Water Pool Design. The area that the equipment is in was flooding and the 5 -7 month old motors were whining. Their President claimed they changed the plumbing and removed equipment to make our pool run better. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! They did agree to put everything back, however, they used cracked and busted pipes and leaking equipment. Water went everywhere when we turned the power on. Their President and about 3 or 4 other Seahorse Swimming Pool Guys were here onsite and did this. It spoke volumes about their customer service, they do what they want without obtaining proper consent, and literally screwed up my system. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their Corporate Office. We have pictures, bills from another accredited repair company and video of this entire horrible experience."
"Seahorse pools installed my in-ground pool in 2021. The quality of the work was excellent. I am very happy with the results. The are very responsive to the customer’s needs. I can highly recommend them"
