"These guys pay 40 percent of spot price for gold and silver. Do not bring them precious metals of any kind to buy. Belvidere and most of other places pay 90 Percent of spot price. These people are thieves and dishonest."

"Love this place. Great deals, very nice employees and fair loans. There is one problem that brought this from 5 to 4 stars. They don’t always have money to buy or loan. This is obviously a rare occasion but just that it happens once is bad. This has happened to me maybe 4 times over the 3 years I’ve been coming there to get a loan. So if you’re counting on a loan from them I’d suggest you make sure you have a back up plan. Again I love this place and they are very fair so I think they would agree with the premise that a pawn shop should always have money to loan especially if the loan you need is only $100."
