"1. The customer service I got from this man was by far the BEST customer service I’ve ever gotten before. 2. The product looked better in person than it did in the pictures and it was a quality product that was clearly made with care. 3. I ordered a size 8.5 ring which is the size my dad usually wears but sometimes they run a little small so when I reached out to see if I could send the 8.5 back to have it resized, he said to send it back but that he’d make me a whole new one in size 9.
