"Stopped by to see if they could shorten my (tricky) Citizen watch band and their watch technician did it on the spot. I asked "how much" and they said "happy holidays" and didn't charge me. Also had delightful conversations with the staff. I'll be going back for my wife's birthday. Love this place."

"My Mother left me some jewelry when she passed. Some was her own, and some was my Grandmother's and even my great-Grandmothers. It took me a long time to even want to go through it all. It was overwhelming , not just emotionally, but practically. There was so much to go through. Some I loved, some I didn't, and a lot that I just wasn't sure what it was or what to do with it. I knew I didn't want it sitting in a drawer any longer. I finally decided it was time for a professional. I visited a couple of other local jewelers before walking into Fox Jewelers one day, and once I did, I knew I had found the right place. Melissa is amazing to work with, and Tom is magic with his skill and expertise. When you are in Fox Jewelers, they give you their full attention and make you feel like a valued customer. Not only are they incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, they put the 'family' in family business. They understood how emotional it was to sort through it all and could not have been more kind and warm throughout the entire process. In the end, I had some pieces appraised, sold some gold pieces and applied that to a custom re-design of my Grandmother's ring, and had a couple of rings re-sized. Mostly, I walked away knowing that I will be a customer for life. What an amazing experience! Instead I went to see Tom and team for a small request. The level of service was so good, over the past 6 months I’ve used Fox Jewelers exclusively. We had all our jewelry reviewed, several pieces fixed, refinished, watch batteries replaced, pieces changed, and even one new design by Tom himself.
