"Person in the framing dept not of much help. I purchased a mat that I found out, I needed to cut to make it work in my frame. I did inquire about the mat & was under the impression that I would not have to. I would have been open to paying for them to cut a mat for the picture frame & probably have saved. The person did not inform of options or costs. Now, I am purchasing an exacto & straight edge to cut the mat I purchased & hoping I don't screw it up.. Not a happy customer!!!"
