"These people don't keep your dog safe. I dropped my dog off for service. Maybe 10min later I get a call saying my dog tore her paw nail off and it was bleeding. ???? First of all my dog has been getting groomed since her birth 3 yrs ago and She's NEVER had this happen. The are VERY inexperienced. My dog was bleeding and her paw had to be wrapped. We will never no the real cause of this neglect but one thing I no for sure is my dog will NEVER go to this pet supplies in Montgomery ever again. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. Please beware. We will continue to go out of our way back to the PetSmart in Yorkville. At least our dog was safe and very happy."
"This is the best little pet store to find treats and food for our tree dog I count on it for their special Redford brand of cat food and frequent sales on necessities like kitty litter and cat treats. The layout of the store is pleasant and the location can't be beat."
"A sweet store with very welcoming staff. I would recommend this for general needs, but advise you that their IN STORE inventory only caters to common pets. For exotic animal goods, you are going to want to order online. Their services here are good though, for example; animal grooming!"
