"I truly don't understand why this place exists. I made an appointment online for my son to get a quick strep test to see if he could go to work or not. Appoint was for 3 pm. We got there at 2:45 pm. The appointment online was confirmed. There were no instructions at the kiosk. The television that is supposed to show wait times/patients was off. There was only one person working there. When we arrived I tried to check if we needed to check in at the kiosk, but when I entered my son's details, it went through the same prompts as online as if he was newly checking in and only gave appointment times for 5 pm and later. We already had an appointment (or so I thought, so we sat and patiently waited). A woman and her son waiting before us got called and then an hour went by. An older woman showed up 5 minutes before the woman and her son left, and when the tech came out, she called the woman! I inquired about our wait time and appointment, to which she asked if I checked in at the kiosk. I explained the situation and basically was told we were out of luck and would have to further wait to either see if her 4 pm appointment showed up or until 5 pm. If making an appointment online has no value, then the system should not allow it and they should only do walk-in appointments. That or fix the disconnect between the systems. Or maybe provide some actual customer service and have the tech not just call names but make announcements in between patients that everyone HAS to check in at the kiosk - put up a sign - literally anything! When I asked the tech how we were supposed to know being that none of their items were working properly, she had no answer. It was just that we were out of luck and would have to wait further to be seen. What a joke! This is not a place you want to sit and wait at for an hour, let a lone two. It's small, right next to a very busy prescription pick-up line, and dirty. Not to mention, as I found out, the clinic tech is not a doctor and according to other friends and family I've spoken to now, is not a very good one as my mom's poison ivy was misdiagnosed and she suffered for weeks after visiting, until she went to her actual doctor. It's not convenient and it's not professional. I will not return."

"Had to take my infant to the ER. He was prescribed antibiotics. I called Walgreens to provide insurance information prior to arriving since it was 4 AM. The pharmacist was very rude and condescending. I am sorry if he was having a bad night. However, they need to put personal issues aside when dealing with worried parents over the phone. Call was made at 3:57 AM on 10/14/2023."

"Sandy from the pharmacy was such an angel. She treated me with such kindness and patience. Walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. The kindest I’ve ever been treated at a Walgreens."

"Inside the store is always a dependable place to be. It's got everything, despite it being small. Redbox, photo printing, package dropoff, etc. I enjoy the layout of Walgreens stores above all, but the pharmacy wait always ruins my opinion of the store."
