"I had a product I bought from them that turned out to be Defective, less than 2 months of using the pressure washer it gave out. I came back respectfully and had all the things they needed asked me a couple questions and gave me a replacement, I appreciate how simple and understanding they were. Thank you to the manager and the lady at the counter for helping."

"We visited here the week after Christmas to shop the clearance. It was pretty picked over (my own fault for not getting there earlier). This store is a bit out of our normal shopping area, but we always make a special trip to see the chicks in the spring. I found a few things to purchase (Medical scrubs section was on fire! Great selection, brands, and prices!) and headed to the check-out. Very long lines greeted us, but I am happy to say that it seemed every register was open! They were moving people through fast! All in all, Blaine's was a good stop for my after Christmas shopping and we'll definitely be back in the spring."

"Pickup time was long on this trip. There was only one other car there. Employee apparently could not locate their order. Came out a couple times to talk to the person. After about 10 minutes, I called the store and was told that I could not come into the store to get my item. No assistance was offered for the lengthy delay. Once it was finally "my turn", I received my item as ordered."

"One of the things they used to be good at is trailer parts. But no more, total let down the last 4 times, bearings, hubs, axles, wiring, fenders, etc. They don't have a variety by any extent of the word. Don't waste your time."

"Went 3 different times in a month because online said they had 2 ready seal 5 gallon Cedar Stains and they had 0 on hands. The staff and manager had no accurate solutions. My business needed the stain for residential properties in that area and we had to delay our start date, hence lowering our bid, hence lost $ At least correct the on hands at this location so next season there is actually product on shelf. However, many times in past, I've received what was needed for Fence Stain Properties in the years prior."
