"What an amazing little adventure this was. With Covid, we were so sad we couldn't get away until we found this gem. The house is gorgeous with all the amenities you would need. You can start the day on the porch drinking your coffee as you gaze at the lake across the street and find yourself minutes from St. Francois Park, lots of trails and access to swim in the Big River. We ended each day with smores made on the fire pit out front. The management was friendly and the place as incredibly clean. Comfortable beds, a little pond with fish INSIDE that kept my kids entertained, and best of all, the uniqueness of saying you've slept in a cave."
"Did not taste anything that I wanted to buy a bottle for; which is required to see the cave. They should charge 2 dollars for five tastings. We did not like any of the wine and it smelled like vinegar when we first entered."
