"Booking with the Quality Inn of Wentzville was a breeze! I had the please of speaking with Betsy, and they were patient, helpful, and accommodating. I had multiple questions and requests that Betsy handled quickly and patiently. What a great experience!"
"I made a reservation for a night here, but I had to cancel it only 10 minutes after due to a change in circumstances. This place refused to issue a refund because of their non-refundable policy, which I find very rude and unprofessional. It would be different if the reservation was made a day before or a few hours before check in time, but 10 minutes?! The lack of flexibility here is unlike anywhere I've stayed in US. They don't even deserve these 2 starts they have, that is not how you treat a customer! Only after, I' ve heared they have bed bugs! I believe it. Keep the money and stay stupid!"
"Didn't have hot water at all! Not even warm. Told them at front desk they went and turn on water boiler ( was turned off completely) but we had to wait 1.5 h till it warm up , so we couldn't take shower before go to bad! Also no sausages or any meat product at the breakfast. Building stinking ALLOT with air fresheners could be reduced smell by 80%. ONE SIDE TO THE TRUCK STOP SO IT IS TO NOOSY. ANY WAY CHARGED US FOR STAYING AT THE HOTELL. NOT HAPPY AT ALL."
"Rooms were musty, had mold all over bathroom roof. You could see where they tried to PAINT OVER IT!! i an so sick from just being in this room my body feels ill from the black mold.. i cant believe i paid for this.. other than the mold and dirty carpet, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, walls were semi clean. The front desk guy was absolutely great and explained everything very well."
"Reception folks were very nice. Room was okay for a lower budget hotel. Missing remote for tv prompted 2 visits to the front desk before getting one that would work. Room was hot and it didn’t seem to matter when we turned the unit off. Temps were cold outside."
