"I have a 16yr old Dyson that wouldn't suck. I love my vacuum so off to the Vac Shack for a free estimate to see if it's even worth fixing. Adam, Evan and house cat Mavis greeted me with smiles and a how can we help you! Within seconds, they knew exactly what my issue was and off to the back for a part! Voila! FIXED!! So, while there I brought up a few more bothersome issues. Fixed. Fixed and fixed! 30 minutes later, my 16 yr old Dyson is like new again!!! Thank you Adam, Evan and Mavis! PS... They sell new too if you are in the market! Support small local businesses!"

"Wow ! What a pleasure to do business with The Vac Shack ! Today I took my DC14 Dyson upright vacuum to get a new hose & handheld attachment replaced at 10:30 am . By 1:30 pm the owner called me to tell me the repairs were done ! That's why I'll recommend this little store in Festus to anyone ! U get that personal touch just like the old days ! He was very fair with his prices and up front about the cost ! Thank u for a job well done !"
