"Jean is a very kinda and sweet jeweler. I had a fantastic vista both when I came in last Tuesday, and today when I came in on Monday. She was very kind, and when I had to wait for my daily card limit to be bumped up and made great small talk and made me feel welcome! I ended up buying a really nice 10k gold piece and she walked me threw the process or cleaning, polishing, insurance, and care of my new necklace!
