"Super awesome experience with everybody, Chuck, Matt, and his helpers. Just had my Jacuzzi Spa delivered and took advantage of the winter sale they were offering. Looked at different models 3 times over 3-4 weeks, the showroom was well put together and all the spas were complete and not missing parts like other showrooms. They didn’t seem pushy at all and just let us browse and answered any questions when we had them. Finally made the decision on a Tuesday, had the spa delivered Thursday afternoon by Matt and the crew and couldn’t be happier with the fit and function of the spa! Can’t wait for years of relaxation and enjoyment!"
"We were told to buy a specific filter for our hot tub, it lasted 3 weeks. The sent a guy out to see what was wrong with our hot tub because it wasn’t heating. He said it was the filter, that they would warranty it. I then called two hours later when the light turned red again, and he said just come in and we will get you the right one. I came in, they did NOT warranty the first filter that should have lasted 6 months PLUS they made me pay the fee for the service call when the guy did nothing while he was here. Will not go back."

"I worked with these people from 120 miles away. They are a pleasure to work with and my buying experience was excellent. The tub was delivered and set up promptly and I was using my spa that evening. That was almost 2 years ago. I have a friend that ordered parts for his Sundance spa last week and he was also impressed with their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them for the best price and service and supplies."
