"I've never had a problem with Dr. Hernandez. In fact, he's been great. My issue is with his NP Nikole Henthorn! Horrible bedside manner, didn't listen to my concerns, very unwelcoming. Worst experience ever at GI & Associates! I've been going there for years and I've never had a complaint up until now. She needs to be in a different profession, not one where you need compassion!"

"Doctor Ulitsky was extremely thorough and he was very patient. He spent a good amount of time with me learning my history and asking questions. I felt like he really heard what I was telling him and felt like I left his office with a plan. I have seen other GI doctors and didn’t feel heard and did not get any better. Fingers crossed; I feel good about Dr. Ulitsky!"

"They measured my blood pressure with one of those wrist bracelets which are known to be less accurate than the arm cuffs, and it said I have a systolic of like 100, which, since I own my own cuff, I know is wrong, and then I just answered a few questions and he basically said good luck and sent me on my way. I definitely wasn’t a patient of dire need, but I was hoping some tests would be done and that I would actually get some useful info out of it"

"The staff were wonderful. But there just wasn't any involved help. No road maps to understand my case, and or any plans of action to help address issues that're causing my condition. I was just given a PPI and sent out the door. Just another office that practices band-aid solutions."

"I enjoyed meeting Dr. Ulitsky and his staff at GI Associates where I went to book a colonoscopy and endoscopy early next year. They are easy to talk to about your concerns and they explain everything so you know about the procedures and how to prepare for them. The doctor and the staff are very professional and interested in addressing any issues you might have. I certainly would recommend this practice!"
