"I love this place! I wasn't sure how I would like hot yoga, so I tried a free class and really enjoyed it. There are plenty of non-heated options as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the classes are scalable, so everyone can challenge themselves! You do need to either bring a mat or rent one (it's only a few bucks). Everyone here is so friendly and I learn something new in almost every class I go to."
"The owner of this studio is very passionate and knowledgeable on health & fitness! There are several types of classes offered for people with all different exercise abilities! What really sets this studio apart from others is the friendly and encouraging members/instructors! Due to the location, some classes even utilize the beautiful Riverfront & Outdoor Fitness Court. I'm lucky enough to teach my own class at this studio and enjoy every minute of it "
