"Our Association joined CISA a few years ago (at several thousand $/yr premium), with escalating rates at each renewal date; they also eventually limited us to a $5k deductible! Note we've filed only TWO minor claims that were paid out & closed years ago. However, a notice was just issued from CISA telling us that our policy will not be renewed "due to underwriting guidelines not being met". CISA's underwriting has proven to be extremely conservative and after collecting at least 4X in premiums vs. net claim payouts, they will ultimately leave you out to dry. I would not recommend this insurer."
