"Best law office in Chicago!"

"An attorney from this firm by the name Ron Belmonte, agreed to take my case before I even went to bond court, which he claimed he sent someone for me, no one was there, no problem, I was released. 3 other times he was suppose to appear in court, we arrived early like he said, cash on hand and an ATM in the building, he no showed and his secretary Terri claimed he was in trial (2wk cont). Again, Ron will be there, Confirmed it the day before again, he claimed to be in a trial( 2wk cont.), Now it is the 3rd time and he has not appeared, his secretary called the court and told them Mr.Belmonte is having Lasik surgery. She told me , he can't see, how is he suppose to drive, she is very rude, it is her job to alert the courts and their clients if her Attorney won't be present, she did not understand this process. Now the Judge is beyond livid, she gives Mr. Belmonte 1mo. to clear his calendar, because she will not tolerate another excuse(4 wk continuance). No call/No show from Ron Belmonte, Robert Molaro is supposedly on vacation. Terri claimed I didn't pay the $1500, I WAS NEVER GIVEN A AMOUNT, but each time I went to court I had between $700-900 with me, at anytime Mr Belmonte had access to the money, all he had to do was tell me an amount and appear. Last night he said $750 will be fine and $750 on the next court date, I told him even sooner, by the 3rd, and he would see us in the morning and to be there early, which we were. RON BELMONTE, wasn't there, the Judge kept looking at me. Ron had his secretary call a friend of mine to tell me (when I was already in court) that he would not show up, because his partner Robert Molaro, went against Ron's agreement on $750 today, he still never gave us a concrete price, just that the $750 would be fine for today and for the next time. Their secretary Terri ,claims Mr Molaro told Ron Belmonte NOT TO GO TO MY COURT DATE! Don't trust this law firm, they don't care, and Ron Belmonte showed his truly lack of professionalism, by constantly calling the States Attorneys office with excuses on why he couldn't be there. Terri sounds like Marge Simpson's sisters, a very unprofessional firm. All the time Ron was telling me not to worry, it's an easy case, I will get your charges dismissed.....he never came to court. A man is only as good as his word....Ron failed."
