FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 102 West Vandalia Street in Edwardsville, Illinois. You can easily pick up or drop off your FedEx packages at this location without the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the Walgreens store.

If you have a QR code for a return from an online store, bring it to Walgreens and open it on the FedEx® Mobile app. A team member will print your label and process your return. There are no extra fees for using this service, and the location accepts most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also accepted.

Your package will be held for up to 7 days at the Walgreens location. If it is not picked up within that time, it will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For assistance with packing supplies or hazardous material shipments, visit a staffed FedEx location in Edwardsville. Please ensure that all packages are securely sealed, properly labeled, and ready to ship before dropping them off at Walgreens.

"They said package would be delivered by 8 pm. They drop it off at 10 with no one there and withheld releasing my package until the next day. I work 9-5 and can’t be there during the day and will never receive my package unless delivered during the weekend. Customer service wouldn’t let me pick it up from store without another week delay and hung up on me. Very poor customer service and product they bring. I will NEVER ship with them again."

"I had a package left on my front deck. The driver did NOT bother to ring the doorbell nor to knock on the door. The outside of the package was not covered in a plastic bag either. It rained this afternoon and soaked the package. When we discovered the package and bought it in it soaked our floor and made a sizable water spot on our love seat. I attribute this to the negligence of the delivery driver."

"I didn't know Walgreens had this capability. The Walgreens cashier was very helpful and there was no wait. Very pleasant experience overall, she even let me use some tape on my package. Be sure that your package is fully ready to ship, this setup is NOT like a UPS store. It is really designed to be a Dropbox for larger packages."
